About

Gary Howell real estate agent, Jackson Township OhioHi my name is Gary Howell. Thank you for visiting my website.

As a full-time real estate agent, my mission is to give you the best possible service, to work toward the best possible outcome from the sale of your real estate, and to help you meet your goals.

For me, selling real estate is about building relationships. I don’t like the “list-it-and-forget-it” business model. I would much rather have a deeper understanding of your real estate goals and be fully engaged in helping you to accomplish those goals.

My business model, therefore, is to find out what you want to do and then help you do it.

I specialize in selling two types of real estate. The first is selling homes in Jackson Township, Ohio, and the second is selling land in the greater northeast Ohio area.

I can guide you through the ins and outs of real estate and manage the sale of your home or the farmland you’ve spent so many years diligently working.

If you are considering selling your home in Jackson Township, Ohio, or selling your farmland or forested land in the greater northeast Ohio area, I’d be happy to talk to you about it. You can connect with me by filling out the contact form Here.

About Me

I earned my real estate license in June of 2019 after moving to Ohio from Florida. My wife of 13 years was born and raised in Massillon, Ohio, and after adding our daughter to our family, my wife wanted to move back home to be near family

Gary Howell & FamilyOur daughter is 5 years old and loves going to playgrounds. You might see us occasionally at the Jackson North Park playground or at Boettler Park.

You might also find me tuning a piano in a church, hotel or high school auditorium. I learned how to tune pianos in 2010. Although selling real estate is my full-time endeavor, I don’t want to lose the skill of being able to get a piano perfectly in tune, so I make sure I keep that talent in use.

People sometimes ask me if it was hard moving from Florida to Ohio. I tell them that the first two winters were hard, but then my brother-in-law bought me a snow blower, and now Ohio is no problem at all.
