Have you ever worked with a real estate agent that caused more problems than they solved?

  • Claimed to have a buyer interested in your home when they really didn’t.
  • Got you contractually bound and then handed you off to a “team member” who only recently got their real estate license.
  • Hosted an open house, not to find a buyer, but so they could get more clients.

Your home is likely the most valuable thing you own. When you’re putting something up for sale that’s worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, it’s a big deal!

If your home were a Ming Dynasty vase, would you hire someone who treats it flippantly? Holding the vase under one arm while trying to open a bag a cookies with their hands? No!

You would hire someone who would hold the vase with both hands and would pick it up carefully and set it down carefully. Likewise, Gary Howell believes that the sale of your two-hundred-thousand-dollar-plus home should be treated as something of upmost importance.

Get the most money from your real estate sale. Achieve your goals for selling your real estate. Sell within your time frame.

FAQs
Question: Are you a full-time real estate agent?
Answer: Yes. I work full time as a real estate agent. I am also a part-time piano tuner, however, I do not tune pianos out of financial necessity, rather, I tune one or two pianos a week simply to maintain the skill which I worked very hard to learn how to do several years before becoming a realtor.

Question: What is your commission?
Answer: My commission is negotiable and can be less than anyone else’s. Ask two or three other realtors what their commission is and then get back to me. I will let you know if I can do the job for less than they will.

Question: What is the average number of days that it takes you to sell a home?
Answer: If your goals are financial in nature and you want the most from your home sale, you can anticipate that your home will be on market for approximately 30 to 45 days. However, if your goal is to sell within a certain time frame, we can adjust the price in order to lessen the time it takes to get your property sold.
